Chimney Scaffold

There are various reasons to need a chimney scaffold, including repairing leadwork around the base, installing a flue, fully repointing, painting, or removing the stack. Whatever your needs, our chimney scaffolding service will provide the access you need.

Please note the scaffold tower will usually be erected to the side of your property closest to your chimney

• Bungalow – An access tower with a lift at roof-line level, or a saddle around all sides, would start from £325 – £600.
• 2-storey – A scaffolding typically 3 or 4 lifts high with the top lift boarded to gutter height or saddled over and around the ridge would cost from £400 – £850.
• 3-storey – Accessing the roofline and erecting platforms around all 4 sides of the chimney stack would cost £700-£1200.

Other factors will affect the price, including how many sides of the chimney you need access to or whether we need to saddle the roof; for example, if the chimney is in the middle of a roof or between two properties, it may require a saddle, which will increase the cost.
