New Build Scaffolds

Are you building a house or extension and need scaffolding so bricklayers and roofers can keep working? We provide progressive scaffolding, starting with the first lift and returning to make adjustments and add further lifts as the build progresses. For other work on homes, our scaffolding for residential properties covers a wider range of access requirements, from exterior maintenance to roof and chimney work.

Our guide prices for this type of service are as follows:

• Bungalow new build with 1-2 working lifts from £1200 – £2000.
• A 2-storey new build with 2-3 working platforms from £1600 – £3000.
• Prices vary depending on scaffold length, height, and hire period. Brickguards, loading bays, and hop-up lifts are included in the above prices if requested upfront.
• Loading bays are generally £100-£200 per lift.
• Tabletop or hop-up lifts on the gable ends are usually £80-£200 per lift.
• Internal birdcages or crash decks for roofers or bricklayers are priced separately at a square metre rate.
